Why is this page content latest 2 years old?

I tried to subscribe but registration was rejected because it is already in use. Yes, I joined at the very beginning but have not received any newsletters, etc, for at least two years.

    1. Hi Bob, We are updating the site at least monthly, which content are you referring to? I will send you an email about your newsletter problem – it has probably been filtered into your junk mail if you haven’t been receiving it.

    Congrats on ever-improving newsletter.

The email address does not receive messages. Full? Reason was “server not accepting”.

There is a local web site that you might consider publicizing. “” is a map indicating the location of publicly accessible toilet facilities. It was mentioned in a CBC article about the paucity of such facilities in Winnipeg. The info is potentially valuable to anyone visiting the city or residents who would expand their local travel if such info were available.

    1. Hi Bob, The best email to contact the association is Thanks for the website suggestion! Fran, Board member

Thank you a lot Mireille for arranging the excellent presentation on the LRT on 3 March.

At the city presentation at Shenkman on 4 March on planning for potential changes to zoning, etc along the corridor, the overflow audience demonstrated deep ignorance of information presented on 3 March. Double pity because discussion on details of the local stations took up about half an hour from the intended topic.

And the main presenter was unskilled in public speaking. Alison did a very good job of supporting the main speaker when called upon.

    Cheers, Bob

Thanks for your feedback, Bob! We were planning to hold another LRT presentation in the spring, but COVID has changed a lot of plans. I’ll see if we can have a virtual update in the fall.

I am a member of this association. I am also a member of the Gloucester Horticultural Society. We have a project to distribute to the youth for FREE bags with 3 types of seeds to plant now.

These seed packages need to be distributed as soon as possible, since this is the time to plant!

I would appreciate hearing from you!

    Thank you!

  1. Greetings,

I see you have a broken link on your website:

In the past I’ve used a service like to help keep broken links off of my websites.

    1. Any chance you are interested if helping the community association with maintenance of the website? It is WordPress based.
